There was also 4 years between GT3 and GT4, so it's not that big of a deal. They released GT4 2005, GT5 Prologue was released in 2008 and the full GT5 will be released may 2010.

You can bet that 5 years between GT4 and GT5 will be well worth it, just like the older version were worth waiting for. I could play GT for days and days, give me Forza and I'm bored with it after a couple hours

I love how Gran Turismo actually has "life life" moving wheels when driving, Forza seems to have the same "look" when the wheels are spinning which makes it look arcadey and half-assed, they also look like they're floating off the ground, which was huge problem in Forza 1 which I had myself. There really is no comparison, GT is for REAL car fans with 1,000+ cars while Forza caters to the ricer crowd with lame paint/tuning and paltry 300 cars...I mean, COME ON!

I totally agree man, also if you think about it, I now believe Poly learned their lesson with GT1/GT2, while GT1 graphics were amazing then and probably still today because I play every once in awhile, when I got GT2 (which came out a year later, 1 YEAR! of development!), the physics and car models always seemed out of whack even tho it has 600+ cars. So now they're taking their time, making each one better and better. So in the end, it's totally worth it.

There's also a WHOLE list of online features coming with the GT5.

Gran Turismo 5 Game Features Announced

They listed more at E3 but i can't find it. There's like a tv mode or something its all beta but sometime after game launch there will be loads of things to do

Speaking of online, i bought the multiplayer map pack for RFG like 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to even play one ever since. Sup with that??

I'M ANGRY!!!!!!! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR Why the HO is M$ spending all the money for GTA4 on 360 to have all the awesome DLC!? I want, i vant, i schwant!!! We (PS3 owners) prolly have to wait 6 months to a year just to see one at a time!! It's not fair!!! We all know Lost and Damned has BEEN out and still no helping words for us, and now look at the Ballad Of Gay Tony. They got more helis, funnier characters, more cars, and more locations as well as achievments! Oh and FREAKIN PARACHUTES!!!

It just shows how god damned ****ty the Xbox 360 is when Microsoft has to PAY developers to make a certain game better to get more customers...pathetic.

HAHAHA i just though of Seaman for the Dreamcast! This is the 360's revelation. They should put Leonard Nemoy in it lmao

Yea, I always had that thought too about the HD-DVD they're using, it's already full to capacity while Sony keeps cranking out games that still look spectacular while still not utilizing the entire single layer of memory on the BD. Oh! what's up with the brick tumor of Natal on top of the 360?
