I have an extra towel to dry her off!
They said no photoshop... but they didn't say multiple cameras (or maybe even video), then choosing one particular outstanding shot out of the scores of candidates.
Reminds me of those "you're on candid camera!" submissions where they said it took 34 takes to get that perfect shot of someone tripping over a rake and falling into a barrel...
Trucidation, to continue on your line of thought, yes they said no photoshop but they did not say no Gimp or any other photo processing software.
smarteyeball you said "The assistants kept throwing water at the model until he got the right shot", I guess you mean they kept on throwing water for 5 weks till they got it
I guess that's implied
lol. I doubt that it took 5 weeks of throwing water at her (It'd be hilarious if they did though) - But it's conceivable that over the course of the photo shoot (probably a few hours) that he got that shot.smarteyeball you said "The assistants kept throwing water at the model until he got the right shot", I guess you mean they kept on throwing water for 5 weks till they got it
Undoubtedly it took a few buckets though
Ooh, ooh, I know, maybe it's not even water, but some kind of jell, and they spent a few hours sculpting it around the girl.
Shenanigans, I tell you.
Or maybe IT IS Photoshopped and they lied
No mate - I think you just have to accept it is possible to capture amazing images without resorting to apps.
The only way that could have possibly happened was two or more buckets being thrown at exactly the same time. This has definitely been manipulated IMO. It just seems to lucky to get that shot. They might have done, but it is so unlikely. They must have used Paintshop Pro! That's how it got on the site! :)
