Although that article seemed less biased, it still doesn't answer the questions. We all know that bumble bees do fly, and therefore there must be some kind of principles involved. I do not believe that anyone ever supposed that it was done supernaturally. However, this article still fails to fully explain their ability, it only describes it.

I thought it did quite a good job. Its interesting that the myth of bumble-bee flight was based on outdated aerodynamic theory around the early 1900's. I suppose one could say thank goodness for scientific advancement.

The next time you board an airplane, think of the "outdated" aerodynamic principles that you are going to trust your life to. Where is that goodness that you are going to thank?
