I found this photo on one of these websites that claim they have a collection of amazing images that are not Photoshopped. In other words the photographer splashed water on the model and was able to shoot the photo at EXACTLY the right time while the water formed her dress and wings. Do you buy this?
I wouldn't think it is. The bottom layer of water is splashing down while the top half of the water is going upwards.
It is possible... just ask the photographers how many shots they made and how many buckets of water they splashed to the subject before getting the result they wanted.

Thirsty wouldn't be accurate. In this summer heat I'd like somebody to splash a bucket of water on me.
Looking at the detail of the 2 wings I have doubts, but it very well could be the real deal.
