W 7 x64 Dilemma + How to post "visitor message"?

I'm sure I'll look like an idiot here. I posted the following query a few days ago on the first post section. On that page I saw that SmartEyeBall had said to send him a visitor message with a link to his page, if no one had responded to the problem I posted. I cannot find anywhere on his page how to post on his wall. I owned vB forums and ning sites and I am baffled.

Also if anyne has a suggection to the maddening problem, I would love too hear them. Thanks!!:

[Nice to be new here. OK here is my 1st. This has been driving me NUTS - for over a year!

I have Windows 7 - 64. Every time I open a window in explorer, >> any window <<< - the columns resize to some narrow size, like 2 inches. So I can only see the 1st column [Name]. Does not matter what window I open: music folder, my computer, a folder on my hard drive - it does this annoying as hell resize 100% of the time.

So every time, I must expand [drag] the columns so I can see all the folder navs tabs [Date/Type/Size etc]. I searched online about this many times and found nothing. This never happened on XP or Vista etc.

I ran Malwarebytes pro + AVG + CCcleaner thinking maybe it was a virus. Maybe I have a special "Bill Gates drives me nuts" edition of windows.

Anyone else going through this ordeal?

Thank you! Back to resizing now.]
