You know what yo0u could do to get sleepy is turn off the lights, drink milk and watch the discovery channel or anything equally or more boring to you get bored and feel like falling asleep lool Then you won't have this being up in the middle of the night at 4am not knowing what to do because you can't sleep

if you want to sleep then turn off your computer

read a book for an hour or so before ,that should shut you down gradually, and the tip about the warm milk is also true

Well after working from 445pm-12am last night i think that did it for me. I went home, and fell asleep right away. Didn't wake up till 3 today. So i got some good sleep. But the discovery thing wouldn't work, as i love the discovery channel. Which is probably weird for a guy my age. And if i did the milk thing, I could drink a lot of it because I'm slightly lactose.

But yes, turning off the computer would probably help more.

reading a book is an important step in my tip,
    seriously it will work.
try it next time you have difficulty getting off to sleep.
also check your eating patterns, dont eat late at night as your digestive system will be working whilst you are trying to close down.

Well I'm not much of a book reader, but the book I am reading is in my mom's car and haven't had a chance to get it out yet. So when I do I will give that a go. And I eat all times of the night. So that might be why also.

    Thanks!
