How would you go about selling:
Try to understand what they need the PC for and try to explain technical issues in average lay person terms. If you sense the customer is a bit tech savvy then crank it up a notch.

Trouble is you Colonials don't read your English history like what you should. Then you would have heard of the Duke of Wellington. Yes we had a member of the aristocracy who was name after a boot!
I suppose it is better named after a Wellie.

I have been walking Gracie as usual to-day and Dad has got another local hospital app to go to a bit later. Also I'm about reinstall windows 7 and get rid of the old XP partition and just have one.
