Me stay healthy fetching few heavy work programs this coming week.

Seems like cold and flu season is upon us. Hope you people who are suffering with colds get over it soon. Me, its time to add another 1000 Mgs of vitamin C to my diet.

Normally, an adult like us just need 90-100mg Vit C daily. If we take sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables, that is covered. During some unhealthy condition we can take Vit C as supplement. But taking more then recommended dose leave us no benefit and should take some precautions for gastric irritation and more acidic urine.

Yeah Carl, Dave has the point. If you do have good suggestions, better knock the front door.

Today i broke my own fastest bike speed at 130 km/h. Considering the road conditions in India,i drove blazingly fast.

Carry on! Practice hard! A race is pending, dont forget it

You must have installed very good shock breaker to kill the road condition.

I did mine last Sunday early in the morning at almost 130, but one proud 4 cylinder biker making me eat his dust on the long-straight track.

I have been walking Gracie as usual to-day, also I saw this Series 1 Landrover in Battle.

Today I'm pretty tired because yesterday the Karate Sport Organization
chose me to be an announcer.It was my first time and I ruined a bit until
the Asia Karate Judge teased me that he's going to write me a script next time.
I feel grateful though for the experience and the opportunity too!
