Normally, an adult like us just need 90-100mg Vit C daily. If we take sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables, that is covered. During some unhealthy condition we can take Vit C as supplement. But taking more then recommended dose leave us no benefit
and should take some precautions for gastric irritation and more acidic urine.
