Do you ever actually apply for any of these jobs you keep looking at?

He claims he did a couple of them.

Executive positions are hard to find these days.

Carl is there anything you like doing at which you could make money?

Dog walking is quite profitable here in some places. Owners like knowing they have someone trustworthy to come by and feed, walk and water their pets so they're willing to pay nicely for it. You can also start slowly to get the hang of it and add just one or two clients per year. Passing out cards as you go can create momentum.

If you like fixing PC's then posting cards at local businesses advertising this can also get you some outcalls or work to do at home.

Some people don't like being bullied by a boss so by using a little creativity they can stretch what they enjoy doing into a money-making opportunity on the side.

    Greg,
I already mentioned the dog walking position to Carl. It is very profitable for someone trustworthy and reliable.
I see the dog walker's taking care of 3-4 pets at a time where I live.
