    I have seen that myself!
All I can hear from downstairs is a electric saw

I remember my dad used a hand saw, but that was many years ago!

Guess us guys will never learn or read instructions.

He never reads the instructions for cooking either, just adds whatever he thinks seems to be the right amount, and just throws anything we have in the cupboards together and hope it tastes alright

Julian I am very impressed that you have been baking with the children.
i do all the cooking in our house, baking is something i dont do a lot of though,
the biscuits were easy to make and the kids enjoyed it too,so i think it will be something we do more often
Danny as he is 4 likes to have the same story repeatedly until he tires of it weeks later ,at the moment its the gingerbread boy hence the inspiration to bake ginger cookies.
im avoiding hansel and grettle so i dont have to make a huge house of sweets
    I am very impressed though.

Well today seems to have snowballed downhill very fast....I won't bore you with my mishaps but note to self when a child asks you for a keyring at the airport terminal some months ago....BUY IT .....because if you don't it comes back to bite you on the arse tenfold....wait for it....I've just had to spend £24.99 yes i said £24.99 on a blue whale keyring/keychain plus £5 delivery because its the ONLY thing she's asked Father Christmas for!

And there was only one left in stock!

I'm hoping its lined with gold or something!

Just wondering if we have an expletive smiley because I'd be tapping it like crazy! Lol!

As you guys mentioned cooking. Don't know what the weather is doing in England but here in Indiana it is just below freezing with spotty snow showers so since I was feeling better today I made Shepherds Pie for Tammy and I to eat when she gets home from work. Just right on a horrible cold day like today.

Sounds like your weather is the same as ours, although I think it's colder on the East side of the country so I say thank goodness I'm on the West side, it's still bl**dy cold though.
