    Well let's see:
    Athalon 64 X2 4800+: $52
    NVIDEA Geforce 9600 GT w/ 2gb: $200
    (I assume) 2x2gb DDR2 ram: $43
    Windows 7 Ultimate full: $220
    ~700GB Sata HDD: $71
Not sure what a dvdr port is: $0
    Generic motherboard: $30
    Generic 250W PSU: $10
    Generic case: $17

I'd post it for $650. The specific motherboard, Power supply, and case may increase the initial asking price.

The only thing of value is Windows.
$300 is pushing it for that system.

Most I would pay for that is 300-350$ because of it being a duo core and a older card, I would sell it around $300-350usd

Well I wouldn't sell it for 650 because I could make a way better system for around that price and have it setup with a qaud core and a newer bit stronger video card and psu with higher wattage.I say go around $300-350$,pretty much the range of a used pc with that spec that I would say it's worth, you can't sell it like it's new like when the parts first came out.

A good replacement would be an i5 processor, Asus mobo, Antec psu, 6950 video card, 8gb ram, 1tb drive, keep your windows if it is a retail version, and a case of your preference.
Cost about $650 or so USD if you keep your windows.
