    What Do You Think?

Resurrecting the old PC's with Windows 7 is a good thing, but I wonder if the hardware manufacturers have thought about this?

lol - I am resurrecting a Celeron 366 (if possible - the Chips and Technology 69030 video card may not make the cut), an old Dell laptop, and my last build, a P4 (heavily modified) machine....

I may have to use the USB trick in at least one of the machines (if I can get USB booting on the lappets) because at least one of the machines does not read DVDs correctly....

This is going to be an ongoing project....

I don't think I'll be able to do that, pretty sure my old WinME would not be up to the job, and my XP machine is in use, husbands machine now so I can't take it away from him

It would be a nice surprise, after a nice PITA - remember, cannot upgrade XP to W7....

That would mean a completely fresh install....

You've got to be joking, if anyone gets their hands on this it's going to be me, he's only just coming to terms with XP
