My gripe of the day

My gripe:
This is not only for today, but for everyday it seems.
STOP COVERING ONLY BAD NEWS!

Not that I really watch much news anymore, but it's 99% bad news. There's rarely, if at all, anything "good" reported.

Oh, and the weather.....it's been windy for 2 months straight. We finally get 2 days without wind, and now it's going to rain/storm all damn week.

The mantra for journalism is "if it bleeds, it leads".

And if the story itself doesn't bleed, the banal inanity of 'human interest' stories makes you want to...


As for gripes - I don't think anybody could take a thread swamping juggernaut...

My gripe of the day is people who cant use google to find simple solutions....

and my one for tomorrow is people who post back 3 months after you tell them to do a system restore, saying they cant possibly do one because they will lose alot of programs....
