Why sooo many 'objects' in Temp.Internet Files from this site?

I've noticed it many times before so this time decided to ask.

I had actually been to several sites searching for info on lilacs when I got one of those 'yellow outlined' popups at bottom of screen, (something about MSXML from Microsoft) so clicked out & searched for that & in results was a listing here so clicked it but there was no reply to that poster so clicked out. Then went to TIF's & out of 94 total objects, 78 were from 7 forum.

    Just mainly curious.

    Thanks,
    grits

Do you visit the forums often? Your browser is probably just creating cache files, to improve your browser performance (:

You can reduce your browser cache if you don't want as many temporary internet files.

    Hope this helps,

We have optimized the site to cache as much as possible to give the best end user experience.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I should have also asked about the cookies since I have my IE Privacy setting at Medium High. Will try to attach shots.
