Thank you for the interesting read LADYPINKtomato. How long do you think it will take for them to "fix" that issue?

I have no idea.. just was hoping the gadget guys will know more .
I'll go to ATT since they are my carrier..dsl, home, long distance and my3 G- LG phone.
I noticed they said it will work with ATT.
Updated info.

ATT has the IPhone5.. for $199.99 with a 2 yr contract.
I saw nothing about the unlocked IPhone5 on their website, I'll call them later to ask questions.

True, but that's because he licensed it out to all of the automakers instead of limiting it to his own company (if he had one)

Actually he offered to license his patent to the Big 3 automakers.
They weren't interested but used it anyway.
It took decades of court battles to get "rich".

I received my iPhone 5 on Friday around noon and it authenticated in about 5 minutes. All my data was transfered over via iTunes and it is a really nice phone. Even though I am a "quasi Techi" I like the feel and use of it. The camera is much better than the old iPhone 4 that I am selling to Gazelle. Recovered almost half of what I paid for the iPhone 5. Life is good..
