I keep getting that error when trying to install Stellarium 0.12.0 Release Candidate 3 (didn't have a problem installing Release Candidate 1) and also Skychart.
I also tried 'run as administrator' with those programs and I keep getting the same result.

viewing a picture in "My Picture" folder. I realize that it takes 8-10 seconds to open up a picture when i want to click on it to view it. I do not have such problem with Vista and Window XP. Is this a new problem??
