IE9 do lack in a lot of things related to page loading, random crashes, not much add-ons overall FF takes the lead when i compare IE9 vs FF

I use IE 8 on my old desktop, Windows XP SP3 with all updates .

Right now I'm using Chrome on it, until there's a fix for a doomsday issue.

Which browser should I use?
In my START MENU, there are two entries for Internet Explorer. One says just Internet Explorer and the other says Internet Explorer (64-bit). My Dell is a 64-bit -- should I be using that one rather than the "plain" IE??? Thanks for your help. Windsorlady
