Forum Software on SevenForums

Hi guys! I got the task to create a forum for the local Golf Club to discuss dates & other stuff. Now, I showed them phpBB but they didn't really like it.
So today when I was browsing SevenForums to show a thread about fixing a issue one of the leaders of the club had, he told me he really liked the way the forums work, the design, and everything!
So now the club wants the software this forum is running for their forums. Now that's the question, what Forum Software is SevenForums running? (or is it self-made? ) And yes, I know it has obviously got some modifications, but they think it'll be a perfect start!

Forum Software
Can anyone tell me what forum software this is? Love it. Have my own forums and would like to use the same software. Is there anyone that provides this software and hosting free? Thanks!
