Windows wouldn't boot up, but now does. What happened?
Hi, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit. This morning when turning on the computer, it would not boot up windows. There was power going to all parts. I could hear the hard drive turning on, all the fans worked. But the keyboard and mouse were not active because nothing would load, not even the BIOS....
