No, the Osborne 1 as it was called had 5¼-inch floppy drives.

First PCs with a 3½ inch floppy drive came 1983 so all PCs prior to 1983 had the 5¼ inch drive like the Osborne 1 a few posts back, or some "pre-historic" PCs even the 8 inch drive.

The PC in your image looks exactly like the basic Tandy 1000 which came as you mention shipped with 5¼ inch floppy drives.

And there was no hard drive. Those two floppy disk drives were all the 'storage' you got!
