Just got hired as a i.t. Tech!!

    Hey all,

So I finally landed a job at a local computer repair store. This place does everything from setting up massive networks to doing cleanup's, virus/spyware removal, and everything in between.

One of the guys I work with told me to ask around for opinions on a powerful and reliable USB Toolbox (diagnose tools). I have seen the Hirnes and other popular ones..but are there any that are "premium" versions which have full versions of each program? Also I need to have a " Take ownership" tool, and a harddrive password reset/unlocker.

Maybe if there are any other tech's on the boards...they can collaborate with me, and give some advice and pointers.

    Thanks!!

I can't wait till I leave college, then I will be able to leave my part-time job and get a full-time comfortable office job!

Phillybizzle, congrats on the new job.
One caution, if you plug a non-protected usb fob into a virus infected machine, there is a good chance that you will be sending the virus around to other machines.

I have a couple of 16gig usb fobs with small switch's on the end that lock the fob and prevents writes to it.

Good idea and available from pqi and includes the write protect option. search google..
