We're still here - so welcome to the IST day After the end of the world.

Actually saw an interesting TV program on Discovery Science -- it was about the Beginning of the universe -- and they were speculating on what happened BEFORE the Big Bang -- I think the philosophers will have an interesting time speculating o "What happened BEFORE the beginning" !!.

Happy XMAS Hols everyone -- don't spend too much time (or money) in Shopping Malls and traffic jams.

Actually this is the 21st all day.
So you have another 20 hours until the end of the day or the end of the world to be certain of the out come.

The Mayan empire is on Central Standard Time.

The Mayan Empire failed about 400 years before the European ( Spanish ) arrival in their area.

I saw a report somewhere that a village in the Yucatan had one telephone. It has been ringing, and being answered, since May of 2012/ People claling asking about the Mayan Doom, the local village chief is getting upset and telling off the callers.

And here I was hoping I would have the day off from work, because the world ended. Oh well, better luck next time!
