1 inch of snow and everything stops
Things around here only come to a stop when the state highway patrol close the roads due to a major snow storm with blizzard like conditions. I own one of those snow throwers and trust me, the novelty of running one wears off in a hurry!

Yesterdays meeting went as badly as was possible, Murphy's Law in every action and reaction. Fight continues.

Today (if Murphy's Law is not in action...), in fact rest of the week will be quiet and a bit boring, monitoring a few PCs over remote connection, running some test backups and restoring them and writing reports. Armed with couple of good books, original Star Trek DVD box plus The Big Bang Theory seasons 1 through 4, enjoying the warming company of my "Scottish friends" .

Family caught the 2nd last flight out of Amsterdam before they grounded all flights due to the snow......they landed this morning, and are as grumpy as hell! Think I'll stay out of everyone's way for a few days.................

It's so ironical. You guys wish for the Sun to appear and we wish for it to disappear. :)
