I had my first bike crash - going uphill slowly and the chain jumped the front gear. Unfortunately I couldn't get the shoes out of the pedals before I fell over. Some nicks and scrapes, but apart from that its no worries.

After something like this the first thing to do is going through a short checklist:
Can I see? Check.
Can I hear? Check
Are my hands working? Check.
Is the flask still in my back pocket?
After these checks everything else is trivial. Just take the flask, drink and wait help.

Haha! My elbow was so frozen up today, I didnt go out on the bike today. I should be ok for a 20km ride tomorrow morning though.......

Today I got a great sense of satisfaction in being able to clean a friends PC of rogue-ware that almost fooled him into clicking the "Click here to register and clean infections" button. I'm not sure if...
