I have been walking Gracie as usual and I have just gone for 2 jobs.

I agree with you to some extent but it depends on how ill they are to be honest. A sore throat isn't going to hurt anyone, but if they're coughing and sneezing all day then they're only going to take other coworkers out of action by attending work which isn't really productive.
