I had to work an extra 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) since the person who started after me was late; maybe I should start creating my own templates for complaining about WHSmith
Look at the bright side. With all the extra hours you've been working, you can use the extra cash to buy the parts for a new computer build.
That's the only positive about it :)

Took my PC down to the garage this afternoon to blow the dust out. It makes me feel better to know I have a clean machine!

I saw two 4 car pile ups on the Interstate Highway coming back from the big city Today.

It was a good thing I was keeping it under 88mph

I do too Colin. Always fightin it when I go overseas, and you're coming from even further than I do. I'd rather adjust gradually to the new time zone before I leave than be in that fog as I go.

I recommend time release 5-10mg Melatonin which injects more of the natural hormone that regulates the body clock, as well as gives you a deeper sleep but with no side effects like sleeping pills.

It takes at least one day per hour of time zone change for the average person to adjust, which in your case might be the whole trip? This is the main reason why I never go overseas for less than 30 days.

Last time I adjusted before I even left in phases which was the first time I wasn't fogged.
