Although it is very cold here at the moment, I still saw these two classics (Morris Minor and Saab 99) on the way home from the shop.

I've been walking Gracie as usual to-day and also have gone for 2 jobs in Tunbridge Wells. I won't be online very much tomorrow (only in the evening) as I'm going to one of our big meetings as I missed it back in January when we had that snow.

Today it is a nostalgic day .... one of my best friends of childhood came to my place in the morning to invite me in his marriage. We spent a couple of nice hours together from the morning, by recalling the memories of our childhood. His name is Ibrahim, and we used to call him Ibrahim Lodi, and pulling his legs by saying he is a sultan in disguise, escaped after losing the first battle of Panipat. He used to react highly at it .... and once claimed to his mother to change his name!!!

The company of old day friends is very good :)

its always good to catch up with old friends ,
a few years ago lois signed up with friends reunited and within a couple of hours her best friend from her schooldays got in touch, lois and her friend had lost touch over the years and her friend had been looking online for her for a few years even going to the extent of checking the death register.
they regularly communicate and have met on a few occasions.
her friend became an Aeronautical physicist.

This story I heard yesterday whilst listening to a magazine program on the radio. They were discussing the modern trend of changing "partners" with the ease that some people change their socks! Anyway this story was of a lady who overheard two very small boys at their junior school. One little lad said to the other one "That man who brought you to school this morning, "Is he your new Dad?" Yes said the second boy. To which the first boy said. "We've had him and he was rubbish!"
Appealed to my sense of humour!

No, no success at all so far, but I will keep applying for other jobs. Anyway I saw this old Morris Minor Traveller earlier in Hastings.

    Carl,
Weren't you reminded NOT to photograph cars that show license plates?
You can display as many cars or buses but do not include the plates!
