Arc if you are into reading then Allen Carr's easy way to stop smoking was a very good book.

I agree smoking is a VERY hard habit to break and well done to both you and Boo for each and every step you take towards becoming a non smoker.

thanks lee, there are acouple of perfect ones on the link above, not sure they do UK delivery ,possibly nearer the time i will contact them via email and see if they can do it for additional postage.

I will try to get that book :)
It is painful to keep away, as the body wants it. Trying to keep myself away .... slowing down the treatment now gradually. If I fail, I will be back to sprays again.
