Daisy chain from wireless router to another ?
I have a BT HH downstairs but all my computer bits are upstairs, 99% of the time I use the laptop and it's wireless connection. I also hook the Xbox 360 up into the laptop with a cable and use the bridge feature so I can get online with the 360 (and avoid having to buy the extra hardware)....

Doe's performance degrade if you daisy chain switches?
If you have a router, and connect a switch to it, and connect a switch to that, what effect does that have on the computer that is connected to the end of that vs. one that is connected to the router?
