The said transaction is digital content. Transaction went smoothly but the seller just flat out didn't send the content. Well, they did list my transaction as completed, but when trying to access the library, it's listed briefly then removed after several hours. Now can't access the content anymore.
Tried approaching them several times via emails but they don't respond.
Seller is a digital retailer, not individual.
Is it even disputable in Paypal? I read their FAQ and they don't give a damn about digital content/access and mark it as not disputable.
