The weirdness continues. For the past 3 days, hot & very humid with T-Storms (Needed the AC every day), last night there was a chance of frost in the higher areas, this morn it's 48, windy & I'll have to kick in the heat. I'm almost afraid to see what summers going to be like...

Some places in town had frost. I had to cover my Corpse Plant just in case. Some day I want it to look like this.

Sunny but very cool especially the wind. All my deciduous trees have now just a bout dropped and it is a riot of colour.

My grandpa had some of those, 5 or 6. When the bloomed everyone commented about what the hell stinks. It took him awhile to figure out it was the Corpse Plant. Pretty but they do smell like dead animals.

Yes an mazing plant indeed Bear and such an ingenious method of pollination as it attracts all sorts of insects and animals interested in carrion. Plus it grows in out part of the world some of the native jungle plants are just huge.

under the weather
I've been struck down with the man-flu....first my youngest daughter got it then my son and now me. High fevers, severe headaches for days and now cold/flu like symptoms, chest/nasal congestion and the list goes on. We've been bed ridden for a couple of days...which sucks. This has been spreading...

Weather App
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a weather app that will be quick and simple to open, that looks great and lets me have weather for multiple cities. Any suggestions? And something that doesn't hurt my eyes to look at is preferable, since a lot of weather programs are junk. :) AA
