Alaska's long, cool summer days are great for vegetables, such as this 85-pound cabbage being entered in the state fair at Palmer. (It finished in second place.)

Eat your greens every day.
Notice the cool summer days. I think California could use some of those kind of days.

Now that's a cabbage! I've always wondered if super large vegetables (inc pumpkins) taste that good.
I like cabbage but watch out for the by products.

It's sill a wonderful 67F/20C but of course raining again. The one day it didn't rain I did get my lawn mowed or it would be to the windows with all this rain and fertilizer.

This has been spreading...

Weather App
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a weather app that will be quick and simple to open, that looks great and lets me have weather for multiple cities. Any suggestions? And something that doesn't hurt my eyes to look at is preferable, since a lot of weather programs are junk. :) AA
