Thanks, I'll check it out. An Aussie buddy says it's better than Vegemite but since I've had neither, I won't know.

I've been struck down with the man-flu....first my youngest daughter got it then my son and now me. High fevers, severe headaches for days and now cold/flu like symptoms, chest/nasal congestion and the list goes on. We've been bed ridden for a couple of days...which sucks.
