Should i purchase the "Dragon Dictation" app?

Hi Guys

For the Iphone 4 does the "Dragon Dictation" app let you text using your voice?
Does it also read out text messages to you?

Thanks

I'm not to sure if it does. It should say in the app description if it does, also make sure you check out the reviews before buying.
