Hmm, the icon on the right shows one green bar, meaning that I have at least 1 rep point, but in my control panel there is nothing to be seen of anything reputation related (see attachment). Weird..

The green dot tells you have 1 to 99 rep points. As far as I know everyone starts from 1 point, so the one green rep dot is shown even if you had not received any reputation yet.
