In the event that you need cabling and don't want to pay premium prices for premium cables, be sure to check out HDMI Cable, Home Theater Accessories, HDMI Products, Cables, Adapters, Video/Audio Switch, Networking, USB, Firewire, Printer Toner, and more!. Very many satisfied customers. And typically an HDMI cable from them is about $6.

Yea, I find it ridiculous that Monster Cable and other store-brands try (and succeed) to charge upwards of $35.00 USD for a 3 foot HDMI cable.

I remember running across the markup list for monster cable about a year back and almost fell out of my chair.

and before anyone claims that the more expensive cables have better picture. There have been MANY tests on generic brand vs Monster Cable that proves the generics work just as well in scenarios found at most homes. When running short distances (up to around 6 feet) just about any cable you get will preform just as good as the other.

Here is a 3 part true review that tests many types and lengths of cable.
