Just purchased Windows 8 Pro. Moving to Windows 8 forum!

This has been a marvelous forum, and I've loved everyone's helpful feedback/questions/answers/advice. But I just went to my local staples and purchased the on sale Windows 8 Pro, and will be passing on my Windows 7 Ultimate to my fathers new computer (I have yet to build).

Have a great future!

Receiving a free Windows 7 when purchased Vista PC
I was curious how people receive their free Windows 7 upgrade, if they bought a new PC from July 1st until today. I've had quite a few calls, but I don't see a great deal of information on microsoft's site about it.
