The more they are testing the more horse meat they are finding, most supermarket shelves are completely empty of any form of cheap processed meal that is said to have contained "beef" and even mainstream brands like findus lasagne containing 99% horse.

TBH the only problem I see is the false advertisement, but the real thing that is puzzling me is where have all these horses come from and what's happening with all the cows

we had a similar convo at the meal table earlier,
tesco have a large sign outside the shop blaming the supplier etc, and promising that from now on they are introducing DNA testing on their meats,
and that they wont be using the supplier again, ever!, they didnt mind profiting from a cheap supply for goodness knows however long.
i tend to avoid cheap processed meats as they are crap, so im not too upset about it, i would be if horse had been my staple diet for a while.

Is it weird that I'm completely okay with this? when it comes to meat I'm really not to picky. I'm not trying to say that BK didn't have false advertising or that they aren't trying to cut costs by using something other than beef but I really don't have much of a problem with eating it even if it was made from Beaver and before any one asks Yes I have eaten beaver.
