    Yes, welcome back Ninajay:)

Also sorry to hear about your work problems Kari. Thought I hadn't heard from you for a while.
I hope everything works out for you and you don't have to "let someone go" as we euphemistically say in the UK (sack them is what it means)

To go back a couple of posts; is it possible to mount Chikungunya on it's own partition?

Happy new year to all and I hope the upturn turns up for you Kari

Well, Kari ... this is the "Chillout room" so rant away! Having owned and operated businesses in the past, I understand how you can not foresee the future or control the actions of others. The best one can do is to make the best decisions possible based on the information at hand. You seem to me to be a person of exceptionally good character. All business persons eventually come to value that, even if they do not share your convictions (what I mean is that a thief who doesn't steal from another thief values honesty, even though he is a thief). I believe the good ones (good business persons) will flock to you because of your good character. By the end of 2010, this temporary setback will just be a vague memory!

Enough of the "Cheers!" mate! Go eat some corn chips, go home, and let your wife support you emotionally like she wants to be able to do!

Oh ... and come back and rant all you need to!

Well folks, today is the day I start training for my new career as a Computer Systems Technician-Networking,(2 year program) at our local community college.
After spending 35 years in the Tool and Mould industry and being a victim of the economic downturn, I am really looking forward to changing my computer hobby into a career and hopefully getting full time employment once I am finished.
Now I need to go shake my head a bit to clear the cobwebs out and get the brain in learning mode again. Lol.
    Wish me luck.

Good Luck! Maybe if it is already your hobby it won't feel so much like work.

Today I logged on to sevens forum for the first time in ages...

    How is everyone??

I have been away on holidays and loving it. Back to reality now.

Still don't have my computer but at least they have admitted there IS a problem.

"the problem appears to be associated with the graphics card. We are uncertain at this stage if it is because of software or hardware"

well, duuuuhhhh! I told you that a MONTH ago. LOL.

    *sigh*

So how is everyone?? Miss me?
Hi NinaJay :) missed you around here... hope you had a great holiday!
Is your puter in for repairs locally? Is there anything I can do to help?
