| | Lol. The very thought of trying to get into some of the Yoga positions is enough to make many of my muscles hurt, especially if I try this one, or indeed many of them (not that I have, or will attempt to).  I think I'll stick with walking, swimming (when it gets a bit warmer) and cycling.  |
