It's not that I need to lose weight (though my mum has a metabolism like yours and I wasn't blessed with that gene) it's more my general fitness and maintaining a certain weight. I am diabetic (thanks to paternal genes
) so it's pretty important I don't go above my ideal BMI. I also have to maintain a painfully healthy diet although my 2 downfalls are coffee and champagne
plus I like lots of exercise
My husband is diabetic so is supposed to watch his weight
I don't do exercise, well I'm not physically able to my bones are too fragile, I've only got to straighten the couch and I can't breath
You can keep the champagne I don't like it but I love coffee I drink that all day and my other vice is cream cakes, yummy.
