Well I would think in a year or two everybody would have one. Hook up your computer to it and watch movies and do your work while resting in your yard with the bugs.
I've seen a lot of RVs with TVs mounted in their exterior storage bays so people can sit outside and watch TV. I've never had the desire to do that so my RV only has TVs inside. I feel so deprived!

How us older one's have to suffer. Sitting inside the RV with the air conditioner, cool ones in the frig and no bugs watching a TV. When it gets tough just take a nap in the recliner. How we suffer.

I have been camping for 50 years - with tents, trailers, RVs - but the thought of lugging a TV around never occured to me. What kind of camping is that.

The BEST kind! My RV is my home away from home. I've also been camping for 50 years and did the rustic "getting back to nature" type camping for many years but I'm done with that now.

My RV has 2 TVs with DVD players as well as AC, Microwave Oven, Stove, Reefer, bathroom, comfortable bed, generator, etc... I also bring along a computer so I can keep up with the goings on in the world by tethering it to my smartphone (also allows me to stream music and video entertainment). No more roughing it for me.

The more stuff you have, the more trouble you have too. The most trouble I had with my 32' motorhome that had all the equipment you mention (less TV). Had a lot more fun with my tent.

Nowadays, I still go to campsites (in France) but I rent one of their mobile homes or cottages. That is a lot cheaper and they fix the problems, not me.

You've heard the saying that a boat is a hole in the water that you throw money into? An RV is just a boat on wheels!

That is certainly true. At one time I had a 35' boat moored in Antibes on the Med. That ate money faster than I could make it. And I only used it 3 weeks per year.

And that does not even include the hole they have to dig in your yard - or should we call it 'park'.
