I know they claim exclusive patented technology for their speakers but I'll stick with my enormous Mission domestic monitors through an A series amp.
For me the thing that speaks volumes is that Bose doesn't publish the audio specifications for any of their systems. You won't find another reputable brand of speakers which don't tell you the important details like frequency range, impedance, crossover frequencies, sensitivity, etc. Seriously, try to find the specs on Bose speakers...they only list the size and weight.

As for my dream system; I've pretty much got it right now though I wouldn't mind adding a SSD and I anxiously await the Nvidia 300 series GPUs.
The addition of an SSD drive is certainly something that you will notice. And it's rare to ever hear an SSD owner who would recommend against the technology. Sure, it's had a few bumps and it's expensive...but the results speak for themselves.
