Top Premiership Clubs could bail out Cyprus WITHOUT EU
Hi there
I read that Cyprus needs to get around 5 billion Euros -- I'm sure the average top UK Premiership football club could pay for this out of their small change -- why don't THEY do this instead of the EU -- and then all the supporters of those clubs could get say two FREE holidays a year in Cyprus.
Banks just don't get it --if something gets hosed up they just seem to make it worse. I reckon my solution would be CHEAPER by NOT Penalizing savers, and with the huge influx of visitors would start to get their economy moving instead of the current solution which will ensure anybody who has any sense will get every last cent out of that country's banks and lead to YEARS of stagnation, unemployement, and other economic woes.
(Just for the next set of TV deals alone we are talking around 3 Billion POUNDS (approx. 5 Billion EUR) so rescuing Cyprus would just be SMALL change to these people)
