Just voted, sorry only managed 1 this time got the question wrong, sometimes it can be difficult because I'm in the UK so set up can be different to what they are in the USA.

It seems the Reputation system gives badges for positive participation & whatnot, but it also seems that if I get commended for a post, there is a Notification made and a Friend Request I have to respond to?
