Yes it is Julian, Cameron did 2 afternoon terms then a morning term and has done 2 full day terms, he was 5 the middle of May, he started when he was 3.

Connors birthday makes things more awkward for him as it's on Halloween, he'll be 4 this year, so means he can be that much more behind of others his age because of when he's allowed to start. He's done afternoons so far but will go mornings when they start back in September.
Not sure how different things are with the English schools compared to the Welsh when it comes to starting.

Detroit becomes largest US city to file for bankruptcy

Quote:
Detroit, saddled with more than $18 billion in debt, became the biggest U.S. city in history to file for bankruptcy on Thursday.

Once a symbol of America's industrial might and more recently an example of urban decay, crime and hopelessness, the home to the nation's automobile industry took the extraordinary step after months of negotiations with creditors failed.

Detroit has been going down hill for over 30 years. The whole state has been run by one group of people always heading the same direction. Kick the problem can down the road for somebody else to fix.
The last I heard around 40 % of the voting public are illiterate.

Detroit Literacy Coalition | Mission Statement

Also 40% of the families are unwed mothers, No family structure.

40 Percent of Babies Born to Unwed Mothers, Mich. Study Says

34% in Detroit are on welfare.
What percent of Detroit residents are on welfare

Crime rate is sky high.

I could go on and on.
Detroit has been run as a socialistic city for years until they run out of other peoples money.
The other people moved out of the city and state and took their money, business and industry other places. Now what they have left is a large group of people that the only job they have ever had for 4 to 5 generation is welfare.
The old saying; be careful who you vote for because they might get elected holds true in Detroit.
