Thanks Bill, but I managed to fix it all in person
Plus I informed my dad of all the stuff I found and fixed and he wasn't all that amused. Told me that he'd keep an eye out for virussus.
All should be fine now, as my dad is a tad less computer illiterate then my mum

Oh no Steph, hope she comes back soon I know how worrying it is when they stay out longer than they usually do, I get myself into a right state, especially when you've not had them that long.
Hope she hasn't got shut in some where like a neighbours shed or something, I'll keep my fingers crossed she comes back safe. :)
It's the summer, cats like to go out more when it's warm, I wouldn't worry too much :)

Today was a rough day. On my way home from work my truck overheated (radiator developed a leak). I was still 20 miles from the house. had to get her towed after a two hour wait in the heat (it was 104F) and will go in the morning to fix it
