Still officially in a drought condition. As of last month, most of our area lakes were well below normal levels. One of them (Medina Lake) was 80 feet below normal full level on April 5. Don't know yet how this latest rain (raining again today) will affect things but it's probably going to be a drop in the bucket.

Part way there. I think the pic promoting a drinking age of 18 is good evidence against it. I think you chaps are a bit more responsible than our kids are. I promote a drinking age of 35. Going to war has nothing to do with it, all out military is volunteer and then they can get alcohol in other countries, lol.

where do you shop?
recently our Tesco's closed for a week for a refit.
i went to aldi for that week and saved about 30 , so now i do my shop there, the taxi home is a little more expensive by about 3 but the savings are worth it,
i get a couple of ok bottles of wine for lois for around 8 which is about 3/4 cheaper than tesco so immediately ive made the extra taxi fare
back.
for the stuff i cant get at aldi i still use tesco but its still a huge saving per week
