The browser is up to date. But what is an unpatched exploit? I think better I have saved the MBAM log
To get a file on your computer without user interaction (ie downloading and running the file yourself), the malware creators must make use of an exploit in a certain piece of software to drop and execute the file on your computer - and probably get privilege escalation so it can really do some damage. Exploits can either be found or purchased (I read somewhere that Java exploit can be sold for around $10,000), but in most scenarios, they are abused before the software developers, Adobe for example, have a chance to patch them; hence, unpatched exploits :)

Today I said goodbye to my dog after 13 years of loyal friendship. Seeing him go to sleep for the last time was one of the saddest things I ever saw.

I had a yellow lab(Sadie) who had a huge tumor behind her left front leg and had to put her down over 3 years ago.
She laid with her head on my lap as the injected the meds so I watched her slowly go to sleep.

Sadie was part of our family and it was hard to let her go but didn't want to see her suffer anymore so I know what you are going through Nommy!
    Take care my friend.

In my childhood, there was a lame dog with me. After him, I never adopted a pet. I cannot forget the feeling when I realized that he is not there anymore.

Nommy I understand your loss as a pet becomes family too, I'm so sorry for you huge loss.
Our dog was much like a rescue animal , she came to our home when our daughter was still in a stroller, we decided
she would be good with our daughter, so we kept her, had her spayed , she too became a part of our family.
She to had to be put down with an illness, I had to take her to the Vet for this, she lay in the passenger side floor looking up
at me the whole drive out there, I'll never forget her sad eyes , I felt like she knew what was about to happen.
I stayed with the Vet until she had fallen asleep, went to my car sat there , weeping like a baby, until I could get control of
myself to drive back home. Never a good memory to have lost a wonderful friend.
People keep telling me I should have a dog since I'm alone now, NOPE, never want to go through that ever again.

Sorry to hear about your loss Nommy, it is always hard to make the decision to put them to sleep but at least it means they are no longer suffering.
As much as it hurts to lose one I don't stop having pets, I always think at least I'm giving another one a better live for how ever many years they have. :)
