Google may be helpful but it won't solve all the problems, otherwise there won't be any need for forums like this.

Although I agree with the basic observation, I myself do not mind to answer "simple" questions. As was said, there are many circumstances where people do not react the way like we would react. And Googling is an art in itself. If you want a meaningful result, you need some practice too.
